it's really funny how the nation "is trying to turn" to eat good and not to waste food, et cetera... For several years it was really shocking for me to see fruit trees everywhere and nobody picking up plums, apples, oranges, .... being rotten on the street. And still is a shocking memory how one employee at Intuit threw away a whole tray of great vegetables into a trash after the end of a seminar. The food was free for her and others, so nobody cared. So the crisis has one good thing: people here have a chance to start appreciating food and not threw it away just because they forgot how one can be hungry.
